Administrative Services

Administrative Services is responsible for the overall administration and coordination of most administrative programs and operations for the District. Among these services are:  

• Accounting
• Budget
• Capital Bond Management
• Contracts
• Facilities including Physical Plant and Construction
• Purchasing
• Risk Management

As the Chief Financial Officer for the District, the Assistant Superintendent/Vice President of Administrative Services is responsible for preparation and presentation of the annual district budget and for overall management of the district budget throughout the year. This position also serves as board member for the Napa Valley College District Auxiliary Services and Viticulture and Winery Technology Foundations.
